Adding Contacts for the second time

I canceled a contact list then tried to re-enter a new shorter list (which many had the same emails)

But it would not let me do.

How can I clear all my contacts - and start over to re enter a brand new list of contacts.

If you could reset and clear all my contacts so I could start over - that would be great !!

You can definitely start over by deleting all of your contacts here and re-uploading the new and updated list again. Thanks!
