I am trying to add an eighth user as an Account Manager. I count seven users right now. I should be able to add two more users, correct? We are allowed 10 users per our subscription, yes? -Laurie Herring

Are you getting a specific error when you try to add the new user? If the issue is with their email address already being in-use, they'd need to login to the account where that email address is their username, change the username, and then you can add them as a new user. Otherwise I'm not seeing anything in your account that should be preventing additional users from being added at this time.
