Animated gifs don't load in Outlook.

I've created an email in Constant Contact and added 1 animated gif however it will not play in outlook on PCs.

This is unfortunately how Outlook will generally function. You can check your device or Outlook settings, depending on the version, to see if there's an available option to turn this functionality on. Or you can try using the web browser version of Outlook.
