Does the basic program Constant Contact eliminate my need for a separate crm?

Hello @michaelp5653 ,

It will largely depend on what you intend to do as far as managing your contacts. The contacts database in our system is for storing basic contact / identifying info. If you intend to have much more complicated strings of notes, interactions tracking, and other data, you'd need a more traditional CRM setup.
