I've tried all the trouble shooting steps. I had recently changed my username and email on file. Now my old and new username do not work. I even tried to reset my username and I did receive email from constant contact but it only listed my new username which is still not working.

Make sure to check what username is actually being sent to you / copy as it is directly from the email. The previous and current username are extremely similar. Otherwise, please call general support so they can confirm security permissions live with you, and then administratively set your username for you.
