Cease to send campaigns after host change

Hello, Our email service provider changed hosting platforms a few weeks ago and ever since then, I have not been able to send an email campaign, or even successfully send a test. Nothing is ever received. We made sure to add the txt record into the DNS for address authentication, and it has been days since then, and still no luck. In addition to no tests ever being received to the email addresses, I ran a "send" campaign to a couple of test emails, and it resulted in an Error message saying the senders email address is not authenticated. That is MY email address, with the DNS at the new hosting company. Please advise-- this is TOO long to not have ability to send marketing emails with events happening. Thank you.

I'd advise checking back with your IT (if applicable), to make sure your account's self-authentication has been 100% updated properly. Otherwise, I'd advise speaking with the Delivery team directly for further assistance.
