Changed our domain name and our open rate has not only dropped way off, but it's not accurate.

We were getting around 50% open rate on our emails until we launched our new site and changed our domain name. Now, our open rate is hovering around 3% and customers are saying messages are going to spam or they're not getting them at all.

I did a test by creating a campaign and having it send ONLY to me, and the email arrived. I clicked on it and opened it, but my open and click rates still show 0%. This leads me to believe that more people are opening our emails than constant contact is reporting.

Has anyone seen anything like this before, and can someone at CC please help us troubleshoot this? My client is losing sleep over it. Thank you!
