Comments on Facebook and Instagram ads

Hi, How do I see the comments on an ad I recently ran on Facebook and Instagram through Constant Contact? Thank you, Rose Speirs (Deadwood History, Inc.)

Hello @RoseS419 ,

 

If you're talking an actual ad made for Facebook / Instagram, there aren't comments for those, so their reporting won't include any.

 

Actual posts via Facebook / Insta will have comment sections, which you can manage and respond to via the social tab in your account.
