I agree with Matt. What is going on with the Cut and Paste?

It used to be so easy. Now, it doesn't seem to be available.

What gives?

Hello @JudyP861 ,

 

Can you elaborate at all on what you're having trouble with in regards to copying and pasting? Is this in regards to a text block in an email campaign, another campaign type, or the type/paste multiple method of importing contacts?

 

Are you able to provide screencaps or the exact wording of any error messages? When I tested pasting text in Firefox, Edge, and Chrome for my account, I had no issues with the contact import method, nor in the email editor.
