Dragging layouts into new template doesn't work

When I try to drag a layout into my new template, it doesn't work right. It goes in above where I drag it to. Then I can't move it where I want it to go. Help!?

Hello @HSACC ,

 

I had no issues dragging over blocks and adding them side-by-side when testing in my account and yours. Is this issue occurring for you when you're working in a campaign you've regularly copied from previous copied-copies? Or is this occurring for you in brand new templates made from scratch as well?
