Edit Email Disclosure

Hi, I am trying to update the disclosure at the bottom of my emails. I need to update that we are with a new company (but our physical address is staying the same.) When I click on the box to edit this, it only will allow me to edit the address, and that is not what I am trying to do. This is kind of hard to explain, but it is the really small text at the end of the email, and before the address, where it says a type of disclosure. It currently reads,  I need it to say,  Any help is appreciated before I have to call the support number. I tried talking with someone on the support chat but they did not help me at all and kept dismissing me and ending the conversation.

I've submitted a request to our Tier 2 team to update the wording of your custom footer with your requested content. They should be reaching out within the next 3-5 business days for a confirmation before applying the changes to your account.
