Is there a way to remove the "not interested" choice from the decline form?

At this time it isn't possible to edit those options, just the messaging that appears above them.

Also, when someone registers to attend, the form includes a link for them to post to facebook or twitter. Can that be removed?  We are using this for an internal event

To turn off the social sharing element, you can disable the add-to-calendar function on the event's dashboard.
