Email sign up form not submitting

Hi,

 

I created a sign up form and landing page for that form here:

 

Form is intended for unsubscribers to resubscribe to a specific group updates (rather than all org e-news). We had someone reach out saying the form won't allow them to submit it, even after trying it on three different browsers. I have tested the form and checked the settings but do not see the source of the issue. A handful of people have also been able to successfully resubscribe.

 

Just want to make sure this isn't a reoccurring issue. Thanks!

Hello @DeborahM ,

 

If you can provide the email address the contact is trying to sign up with, we can try troubleshooting further. To protect their privacy, we'd advise sending us the email address in one of the following ways:

  • In a reply to the automated @ mention email you receive from my response, with your username included
  • email us directly at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com, with your username included
  • call our general support for live troubleshooting

It's possible something on their network is preventing the form from submitting, or there's some kind of block on their email address, or something else that we'd need to take a closer look at for them specifically.
