The "Help" on the website says that the email archive widget is a Plus feature. If you have a basic plan, you can purchase it as an add-on by contacting Support. I've contacted the Chat support and they say it can't be added to the basic plan. Which one is true?

The situation is that Chat (and other online support) can't add the widget to your account. Since adding on a cost subscription is something we need to confirm security permissions live prior to doing, only phone support can get it added to your account.
Thanks. I was just asking for a price quote for the add-on and for some reason they seemed to imply that I couldn't do an add on with the Basic Plan.
It'd probably be useful to include in the Help info that says "Plus feature: The email archive widget is a Plus feature. If you have a basic plan, you can purchase it as an add-on by contacting Support" that you have to contact support by phone.
I'll get that article feedback passed along to the Knowledge Base team.
