Somebody registered for one of our events today (14 Nov 2022), but the notification e-mail we received contained the details for the first person to have registered (on 19 Oct 2022), not the person who just registered. What would cause Constant Contact to send the wrong registrant's information?
The only information the two registrants have in common are the State and Country fields. However, I notice that the TIME of registration (albeit on different DATES) are very close: the first registrant at "10/19/2022 18:49:26", and this most recent registrant at "11/14/2022 18:48:05". No idea if that has any bearing on the problem.
Hello @PMIW_President ,
If possible, please forward the email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com , so we can take a closer look and submit it to the devs for further investigation. Due to how rare and sporadic the issue is, they're still collecting info on it, so we don't really have any further insight on the issue at this time.
William, thank you. I have forwarded the e-mail to the address you specified.
