I get the message "Looks like your browser doesn't have a PDF viewer. You can still download the file" when I try to print/download an email that has gone out.  This is false, because I have Adobe Acrobat and use it regularly.  Clicking "download the file" yields nothing.  A few years back I could download pdf's of emails without a problem.

Hi @JamesG247 ,

I apologize that you are having issues downloading the campaign. When I visit your account on my browser (Google Chrome), I am able to view the preview in the browser, as well as print/download the campaign.

What browser are you using when you are running into this issue? I would also check the extensions on your browser, to make sure the Adobe Acrobat extension is installed on the browser. The extension would need to be present on the browser, regardless of whether or not the application is installed on your computer. Checking the extensions is browser specific, so let me know which browser you are running and I would be happy to guide you.
