At the bottom of the email, it has our company name and address with improper punctuation. I have called in many times only to be told nobody can remove all the commas and even though my state is typed out it will abbreviate it, but it does not add the period which should follow an abbreviation.
I do want my company name as well as the address listed but I would prefer I add it to each email so it would look professional.
What can be done without switching companies, I do like Constant Contact?
Hi @VanessaM4676 ,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! At this time, there is not a way to change those footer settings, but I would be happy to pass the feedback along to our engineering team regarding the full state name and commas in the footer.
At this time, the state abbreviation will default to the standard USPS two letter state abbreviation which do not contain periods (https://about.usps.com/who-we-are/postal-history/state-abbreviations.htm)
Thank you, could you please ask them them to remove the commas after the street name, suite number as well?
Hello @VanessaM4676,
I will gladly submit your feedback on this! Thanks.
