How to save an email sent from constant contact as a pdf

I am on a few manufactures mailing lists in constant contact, how can I save their email's as pdf's? 

I am aware that I can turn my own campaign emails in PDF's, but how to I turn the ones I receive from other companies into PDF's from my email?

Unless the email program you use to view your emails can construct a PDF from the email's code, this is something you'd need to ask the senders to provide.
