We have updated our logo and I would like to change out our old logo in the footer, but even when I update the logo in the "My Account" section, the footer logo does not change. Do I have to ask Constant Contact to do it?

That's because your organization got a custom footer some time ago. In order to update the logo in it, you'd need to submit a custom footer opp or put in an update request through phone support. Once they've confirmed security permissions live, and received / confirmed your new logo, they can submit the request to the higher level technical team.
