Importing contacts from a list

I am not able to import contacts from a list. Need help. I watched the tutorial but did not work

If you're importing contacts via a file upload, make sure you've properly formatted it beforehand in your spreadsheet program.

If you're using a different import method, you can find links to their step-by-step instructions and visual guidance in this overview article.

Otherwise, I'd advise calling our general support so they can screenshare the Constant Contact pages and provide live, 1:1 guidance.
