Insert email link

I am trying to insert email links for different people.  But when I insert it into one name, all of the names have the same email. How do I insert emails into individual names in a list?

I'm not entirely sure I understand what you're trying to do. Are you trying to edit contacts' information for a custom field? Or are you trying to add a special link to an email that will be unique for each, individual contact?
