Need to be able to download invoices every month to submit to our accounting department.

The good news is you can download invoices from within your account. You can also set your email as the billing contact and receive these invoices directly to your email.

Is there a way to download the invoice digitally, as a pdf or jpeg? That is how our accounting dept requires us to submit them.

Hi @didihirsch 

You can! Once you have located the invoice you want, you can click Print and then select what you want to print: Payments, Invoices, or Invoices with Detail. A new window will open with the page you want to print. On this new window, clicking Print will give you the option to either print the page or save it as a PDF.

I haven't seen an invoice, and direct withdrawals are coming out my account so rapidly I can't keep up.

My account shows NO invoices or statements anywhere, even though Constant Contact just charged me an annual fee.

The field you mentioned in your demo doesn't even exist under "Billing" in "Account"

Hi @WorldTeachA. I do not see any billing information in your account. It would be best to contact our Billing team directly so they can look into this further as we cannot assist with account specific billing here in the Community.
