I'd recommend clearing the site cookies in your browser (not including saved passwords and other auto-fills), to see if that alleviates the issue. The only other thing I can think of that would be forcing that messaging would be an extension or ad/pop-up blocker that might causing interference with the sites, which you can check by disabling these tools to see if that alleviates it.
If the issue persists after those checks, I'd advise calling our general support so they can continue troubleshooting live with you.
