Link to Wordpress pulling in wrong picture in read more block.

Just as the heading states. When using the read more block, the link pulls in a thumbnail picture that doesn't exist anywhere on the site and isn't on the linked page. Doesn't matter what I do, it randomly pulls in the pic. Any ideas?

I do apologize for any inconvenience, you may want to delete the Read More block and try inserting it again to see if any changes happen. If not please insert the correct image and content manually. Thanks!
