Manually subscribe/opt-in a customer

We have a customer who received the initial opt-in email but, due to security concerns, doesn't want to click a link in an email. She emailed us separately and asked to be put on the list (and expressed "opt-in").


Since we have her permission to market to, is there any way to go into CC and change her status from "awaiting confirmation" to "Subscribed"? I can't seem to find it.

If they're still unwilling to click the link in that opt-in email, despite confirming it's from us/you, then you'll need to reach out to our Review team for a manual override of the subscription status. For legal and Compliance reasons, one of these methods has to be followed when using COI.
