Good after, everyone. I have a contact database where occasionally, more than one contact at the company share the same email address. I want both to get my emails. How do I add both people? When I enter the second person's email address, it tell me it already exists and doesn't allow me to add the second person.
Hello @JohnP7899 ,
I'm not sure I understand the issue, since if they all share the same email address then they'd all end up receiving any emails you send it.
As it stands, email addresses are what denote unique contacts for the sake of delivery, sending, anti-spam, compliance, billing, etc. Therefore it wouldn't be possible to have multiple people listed as the primary contact for a singular email address.
