Hi there, I have NEVER scheduled a welcome email and I've been at the company two years. Why has this appeared on my campaign list? And how do I ensure it never happens again. I cannot find "triggers" to save my life. Nor can I disable it.

The only "welcome email" in the account associated with this Community profile is a general automated series that was activated back in 2017 and is currently deactivated. There is no way to edit its trigger, as it is a series (not a true welcome email automation) that'd already been activated.
