Hello @LWV-CS ,

 

Can you elaborate on your issue at all? Are you receiving any error messages you can provide the exact wording or a screencap of? Is it an active published survey, or still in drafts? Are you able to edit it by going to its reporting page (click its name in My Campaigns), then select edit from its actions menu in the top-left corner?
