Nothing works. Help!

My email is perfect. I save it. I send it. When it arrives in inboxes, it's a disaster. Nothing aligns. The head that was one line has blobbed over into two messy lines, and the last lline of the subhead is now under the image, forcing the caption down. What a disgusting mess. Does CC have any intention of fixing this waste of money and time? It makes us look like incompetent idiots. I've complained about this three times, today to "Robert," and staffers admit it's CC's sofware at fault, What can we do?

Hello @JanM06,

I do apologize for the experience you have had. Your campaign may be shifting and having formatting issues due to copying and pasting your text. You will want to delete the blocks that have that extra code causing formatting issues and re-type your text or copy and paste from Notepad. Thanks!
