If someone resubscribes to receive emails, where in Constant Contact do I see the notice that a person has done so?

If you went through the internal resubscribe option, they'd be on whatever list(s) you select. If they resub through a sign-up form, they'll go into whatever list you specified for that form (or whichever they selected if multiple options were available).
Otherwise, you can setup email subscriber notifications via the Reports tab of your account, but keep in mind this would just be a weekly or daily notification of overall subs and unsubs, nothing alerting you that a specific contact has resubbed.
