I set up an auto campaign to trigger an immediate email when someone is added to a specific contact list. The campaign is active. I added someone to the list and the email was not sent. Any ideas on trouble-shooting why the email was not sent?
Hi @DeserieV. Your most recent active series shows it was sent to four contacts which is the same number of contacts on that list. If you are not seeing the same thing, please email us at communitysupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the name of the campaign and which contacts did not receive the email.
