Since I cannot reopen an event to add registrations, which should be a simple fix for all of my issues, can I merge a new list with the closed list? Also, I cannot download the supplemental data - just name and email address. Can you fix this?

You can manually re-register each registrant in the new event, or ask them to re-register via an invite email. In the future, we'd advise updating the date of an event if it's postponed, or if you're needing it to stay open beyond the start and finish dates associated with it. Otherwise, you can export the list of registrants, and add additional ones in the exported report if there were late / at-the-door attendees.
You can export a custom report or a full report of your registrants and their responses for open and completed events.
