Registration Form not submitting

I have an event registration form that is not working for all users.  I have gotten reports that when they click on the submit button on their registration form, it clears out the information that they just entered and doesn't complete. I can't figure out why this is happening.  I have suggested making sure that pop ups are not blocked and trying different browsers.

After the page refreshes, are your registrants able to resubmit the info and have it go through? I experienced the issue once when testing in your account, and then each subsequent test I performed went through without issue.
