Recently when creating emails, the button to replace or place a photo is non-responsive after an initial photo is placed. For example, I copied a previous email to use template to create a new email. The original email contained two photos. I clicked the "replace photo" button and was able to easily replace the first photo. When I clicked the "replace photo" button for the second photo, nothing happened. Once I logged out and logged back in, I was able to replace the photo with no difficulty. This has happened to me numerous times over the past couple of weeks. Any suggestions?
Hi @TomJ5 ,
I do apologize that you are running into that! It does appear that this is a defect that our engineering team is aware of, and working to fix. I have tracked it on your account, and they will be back in touch with any updates or fixes we have on it. For now, here are some workarounds that they have been recommending:
This does appear to be happening mainly when people use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, so if you do have another browser you are able to use in the meantime, such as Safari or Microsoft Edge, that might help as well.
Just to confirm - we, too, are having this issue. I often use last week's newsletter as a starting point for this week's - so I just replace text/images with new content. You can replace an image 1 or 2 times - then pressing replace no longer works. Saving the doc does not restore functionality. I've found closing the current campaign, then going back in again refreshes the replace ability - but it's a little bit of a pain. Thanks.
