Reporting Read Receipts

I sent the campaign to one of my accounts. You reported it as having been opened (read) when I had not done so. How do I know if the others you reported as open are truthful?

That's a great question! At this time some  opens and clicks done by security programs do display in the overall reporting of a campaign. Being able to omit this reporting or have a way to toggle them out is a feature request we are currently collecting feedback on. In fact we have tracked this need in your account and added you to our queue to be notified when it is available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this feature not being available.
