Reports - Why No Backup? Why No Work Around?

Today is the fifth day that reports don't work and the only answer is: "The team is working on it."  After 5 days, the development team should have a work around or be able to run the reports and email the reports to the customer.  The report function should be moved to another node.  Is the system designed in such a fragile, static way with no options for interim solutions?

 

Why must we wait days to use a system we are paying for?  Why is it that billing is never notified of system outages and we not given an automatic credit?

The issue has already been tracked to your account. If and when there's an update, the devs will notify you directly.

 

The workaround in the meantime would be to export a custom report explicitly excluding the "phone" and "address" fields, since that info seems to be causing the current issue with your event exports. If the phone numbers and physical addresses are absolutely necessary for your records, then you may need to manually copy this info from the registrants and paste it into the exported custom report using your preferred spreadsheet program until the issue is resolved.

Good Morning,

 

Yes, but we need the phone and address and this is why not having the reports is a huge issue. And now we're on the 7th day.  I hope this is the lucky day the solution is found or a workaround that provides us with the report we need is provided.

I'd advise going through the event registrants and manually copying the physical addresses and phone numbers then, as there are very few reports of this issue and not much evidence gathered for the devs to work with.

I'm the only staff person and we don't have the luxury of spending several hours going through hundreds of individual registrations.  This is why we pay for this service.

Good Afternoon,

 

Today is the 8th day and still no answer.  What is going on with reports?  Why no follow up with customers?  Why not even getting the custom reports to work with contact information.  The silence is scary.

As already mentioned, this issue has been tracked to your account, for the event of yours that's affected. Continuing to post in this thread, or open new chat and call cases, won't make the issue with your particular event report get fixed. You've been given the available workaround so you can extract the info you need for your glitched event.
