Hello, is it possible to receive metrics for emails sent on account that was closed under 120 days ago?

Please call our general support or respond to the @ mention email with your account username and which emails you're needing metrics for. Depending on the amount of info and reporting you need, we may need to submit an opp to our higher level technical team, or we may not be able to provide all of it - in which case you'd need to re-open your account for a month and manually export the info. If you need the info sent to an email address other than the main one on your account, then you'll have to call in so they can confirm security permissions.
