Resizing Images

Feedback, not an idea.

Hi. I appreciate keeping things updated, but I found adding a picture to my last email a nightmare experience. WHY can we not make a picture fill in all across the white space? I used to be able to make the email like a postcard, and now my main Christmas greeting was the size of a postage stamp! And it wasn’t because of the size of the original picture, because I created it myself and it was a 2550x3300 px image. I was so frustrated I forgot to change the email subject titles and then, to compound things, once I hit send there was no UNSEND or cancel!!! What????

Fix this please.

Thank-you.

Hi @GraceH7 thanks for sharing this feedback with us! We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience there may have been with creating your email campaign. Does resizing your image  by clicking the drag handle in the lower right-hand corner help fit your needs?

Hi @Frankie_P thanks for replying! I did try dragging on the blue re-sizing arrow but it wouldn’t work. I was using an iPad, perhaps that was the problem.

Hi @GraceH7. If you were creating the email through a browser on the iPad, that could be the reason. Campaigns are best edited through a desktop browser or the app. If you usually work through a mobile device, I would suggest downloading our app. This will create a campaign that is cross-device friendly and you can edit the campaign either on your device or on a desktop.
