Not sure why I can no longer see all my campaign folders. This started today, 10/3. I cannot scroll down through to see all the folders/subfolders.
Update 10/31: This issue should now be fixed as of this afternoon. The folders drop down will have the scroll bar, as expected and all folders will be accessible. Apologies for the issue, especially to the folks that rely heavily on the folders. Happy to have this functionality fixed.
I'm having the same problem. Please notify me when it's fixed.
One other workaround - if you know WHEN you created a campaign, you can use Calendar view to get to the month/year and find the campaign. I have done this to find specific holiday campaigns to update. We seem to have a lot of them to work on at the moment - Halloween, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Shop Small Saturday and our 12 Days of Christmas Deals.
Dear Team,
When we try to browse the various folders of the Campaings Section, it seems that the Scroll Bar here is missing (screenshot below).
Therefore, we cannot scroll & find the rest of folders as its impossible to scroll down. Please note that we tried this on different browsers as well and the problem persists.
Hi @Logicom_Distribution. We are aware of an issue with the campaign folder dropdown not working in some accounts. This occurs in accounts that have more than 12 folders. We are working towards a resolution. I'll track this issue on your account so you can be notified when it is fixed.
Hello,
I am having the same problem. Can you notify me as well?
Thanks!!
Having the same issue and I am shocked that after three weeks this has not been fixed. Please respond.
somewhere in this thread they said end of this month.

Still not fixed.
Hello @KevinD629 ,
I had no issues scrolling on your folder dropdown in your My Accounts page. I'd recommend performing some connectivity troubleshooting if you're experiencing issues. Also keep in mind that Mac products tend not to show scroll bars until you actually scroll via your finger on mobile devices or a scroll button on track pads and mice.
