A previously unsubscribed patron wishes to be resubscribed to receive our newsletter. How can that be done? (I have tried to reenter his info, but it will not allow me to do it!) Natalie Olson (MAN newsletter) natolson@aol.com

Hi @DaynaO274,

 

Follow the steps in our Manually resubscribe a contact article to get them back in the system. If for some reason that doesn't work, try sending them a link to one of your sign-up forms so they can fill it out again. That should also put them back in as Express Permission.
