I have my Salesforce account integrated with CC. However, I keep getting a fail every time it tries to sync. Any suggestions? thanks!

What specific error message are you receiving? Are you on Salesforce classic or lightning? Do you have a checkmark by the "API Enabled" option in your Salesforce admin setup? Are you able to manually export the contacts, then import them via file into your Constant Contact account?
