The instructions provided work fine, but that's not the problem. The calendar simply will not update once it's been synced the first time. I have tried numerous calendar apps (Google, Outlook, Apple Calendar, Zoho, and other free calendar apps)...none of them will ever update after the initial syncing... which renders the functionality of a shareable calendar useless. As well, the inability to change the view on your built-in calendar is also detrimental to those of us who schedule multiple emails a day and need to see either a 'day' or 'week' view.

This is a recent issue our devs are still collecting info on, as there hasn't been widespread reporting of this issue. If and when the devs have an update regarding the issue, they'll notify you directly. In the meantime, they don't have any suggested workarounds or a hard ETA on an update.
Thank you, William, your response is much appreciated. I am very grateful for the service that Constant Contact provides to the community at large, and I was a little frustrated when I posted my comment. I'll just be patient and keep using my workarounds for the time being.
