Standard contact headings for file import

How can I remove information from a standard contact heading field (for example, address) in multiple contacts at the same time? Is this possible?

Hi @ExecutiveD15 , 

 

The only way to remove information from multiple contacts at once is to upload an excel file - however, in order for the existing fields to be replaced, there would have to be something else in those fields. As a workaround, I suggest uploading an excel file with just a "-" or a "." in those fields which will replace the information that's already in there. 

 

I have tagged a feature request to clear out contact fields on your account, and I will be sure to have our engineering team reach back out with any updates we have on this.
