Is there a way to add an image to the body of an email that opens with the email and does not need to be downloaded upon receipt?
Right now, when a reader receives the email, they have to click on download images to view the image. Is there a way to add the image to the body of the email so that they don't have to download it to see it?
Hello @cspd2022 ,
This is a security measure done by pretty much every major email program. Generally speaking, even those email programs that will typically show images without issue (such as Gmail), will still technically download them. Other programs, such as Outlook, almost always need to be given explicit permission each time an email is opened to show / download the images, though certain security settings may be able to be tweaked, depending on the version, your network, etc.
