Hello @Kathyfran ,

Can you elaborate on your issue adding your surveys to your emails at all? Are you having issues with the surveys' share URLs that generate after they're published? Are the URLs you're pasting into the email the actual share ones, and not the ones with the preview tag still attached (will have ?mode=preview on the end)? Are your surveys not submitting even when opened in the emails after being sent out?
