Dear Constant Contact,
We send out weekly newsletters and every time we send a test email to our staff, odd shapes and lines appear. But when send the newsletter out to our mailing list, the formatting is correct. Test emails sent to Gmail look fine.
Is there a way to fix this? Thank you kindly.

Hi @JFT416 ,
I certainly apologize that you are running into this. This is an Outlook display issue that we are aware of. The only workaround at this time is to make your outer background color (the gray), the same color as the inner background color (the lavender). You can update the background color under the Design tab. If the issue is not affecting anyone but your staff, you may wish not to do this.
Since this is an Outlook display issue, there's not a whole lot we can do to fix it on our end, but I will certainly track it on your account and have our engineering team reach out with any updates we have on it.
