Can you elaborate at all on your issue? Are you encountering a specific error message you can screencap? Are you encountering issues on the creation pop-up window, the template selector, in the email editor, or on the scheduling page?

I am also unable to create a mass email when I try to create one the page just stays white

Hello @RachaelG5143,

 

If you are having connectivity issues and your screen is going white, please try troubleshooting this by switching to a different browser to see if this improves. Thank you!
