It's entirely possible that the receiving system utilized a bot to open and click in the email to check for malware, before ultimately choosing to bounce the email back to our system. To be more sure however, I'd advise calling our general support so they can live troubleshoot and securely collect the contact's info for further investigation. Otherwise, you may want to consider speaking with the Delivery team directly to see if they'd have any insight on such an occurrence.
