Update a payment

My credit card was replaced due to an unknown user abusing it. This caused my payment to fail. I’m trying to update it. Your email tells me to go to a screen https://app.constantcontact.com/pages/myaccount/settings/account to update it. Every time I click on go to payment screen it just gives me this page again. How do I get to the payments screen to fix it?”
