Updating Contact list

I have been paying for constant contact for quite a while.  You will notice that I need to update and consolidate my mailing lists.  Is there a way of consolidating all the lists except the Press and Artists lists?  Then, I want to add new names on a new list please.    I want to send a short note stating that if you don't want to be on my mailing list, please let me know...or something like that.  I have spent a lot of money on this account not using it because of COVID.  Your suggestions are very appreciated.  Then, I will be sending out a series of CC's for a big show I am curating here in Minneapolis.  I would like you to also change my email address to:

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! To edit, manage and add contacts to your mailing lists, you can select them individually. Please select this helpful article here to see how this is done. You can also send an email requesting for contacts to sign-up again if they would like to continue to be on your list. For security, you will want to give us a call for help updated your email address for the account, or you can do it on your own here. Thanks!
